Our family has used and relied upon the excellent craftsmanship, reliability and integrity of GDS Construction since moving to Indianapolis in 2001. Our realtor recommended Gary Smith and we’ve been with him ever since.
Gary, his son Ryan and crew, have consistently helped us to maintain the integrity of our home both inside and out. Annually, they have handled repair or new construction as needed, including window, siding and gutter repair. In an unfinished basement room, Gary built a dance studio for our daughters and provided/built shelving for a large storage room. He replaced doors on every bedroom closet; the list goes on and on.
This past year we decided to completely gut and modernize our kitchen. We chose GDS Construction as our General Contractor. In working closely with Gary and Ryan on this project, their professionalism and expertise in managing this type of project was exemplary, including communication, help with decisions, attention to detail, scheduling and providing a reasonable, fair budget. They have an incredible work ethic showing great courtesy and care for the client and their home. As an example, EACH night they would completely clean up the day’s work; removing all debris and vacuuming the entire area. Additionally, Gary and/or Ryan were onsite when other technicians i.e., electricians, plumbers were scheduled.
In summary, we’ve worked with Gary on large and small projects; professionalism, integrity and timeliness has always been displayed. We could not recommend GDS Construction more highly!
